So you're in a rut, can’t seem to shift those pounds,you need someone to give you a kick start to a healthy eating regime and exercising? Well come and join us for a weekend Boot Camp and give yourself the self-confidence and motivational boost you deserve.

The camp sessions are structured to suit everyone’s capabilities and fitness levels,
and members are motivated by their trainer and each other to do their best so that they can achieve their full potential.  All sessions are designed so that you enjoy yourself but challenge yourself physically in a way you never thought possible.





When:
Come and join us every Saturday at 9.00 am and every Sunday at 9.30 am for great work out !

But because places are limited our camps fill up very quckly!

 Location: Broomfield park, Northgate, London, N14 (meeting @ the gates 5 mins before session) 7 min walk from Arnos Grove station


 Cost: Simply pay on the day or pay for blocks in advance, the cost £10 per session and last 1 hour.

What do you need to bring?
- Comfortable workout clothes and shoes
- Drink bottle and towel
- Attitude !
